Holje Fixture Systems in Sweden is working in the field of delivery of fixtures for sampling, CMM, Control and Checking. Our fixtures can be used in the measuring room as a nominal fixing of produced plastic och metal parts simulating the BiW or as a checking fixture in the production for assure the right sizes and tolerances. We are using our own "Fixture Components System". This is a system which gives very easy building and easy adjustments which gives us and our partners a price advantage as well as time savings.
Holje design and produce our fixtures in a modular way which means that our fixtures are normally built for more then one detail per fixture, often up to using one Holje fixture instead of 7 single fixtures from other manufactors. We produce standard solutions for car bumpers, the inner details single, the outside details single as well as complete bumpers in different design versions. We have a similar system also for Interiors as Dashboard and Door Inner panel.

As system are designed and simulated in 3D-CAD, mostly CATIA. Our scale of deliveries are from single fixtures for easy plastic och steel details up to sampling of a total car. We deliver fixtures for complete control of interiors, calibers, headliners, as well for all BiW details. We also deliver cpl units of Cubes for interior and exterior.
